Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SPR{k3 services provided by Dan Aridor Holdings Ltd, Israel ("we", "us", "our") through defend.sprk3.com and associated tools.
1. Services
SPR{k3 provides AI/ML security tools including vulnerability scanning (Scan), runtime monitoring (Defend), agent security (Defend Agents), and related services. Services are provided "as is" during the beta period.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You must notify us immediately at support@sprk3.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use SPR{k3 services to scan and monitor systems you own or have explicit authorization to test. You may not use our services to:
- Scan or monitor systems without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer our detection patterns for the purpose of evading security controls
- Resell or redistribute our tools without written permission
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4. Intellectual property
All detection patterns, scanning engines, algorithms, and software are the intellectual property of Dan Aridor Holdings Ltd. A US Provisional Patent was filed October 8, 2025 covering core aspects of the platform architecture. Your use of our services does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the services.
5. Data and privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. SPR{k3 operates on a privacy-first architecture: all content analysis runs on your machine, and only metadata reaches our servers.
6. Findings and reports
Security findings generated by SPR{k3 tools are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that all findings represent exploitable issues. You are responsible for validating findings and making remediation decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
During the beta period, SPR{k3 services are provided free of charge and without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dan Aridor Holdings Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your event metadata will be deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
